Born and raised in London, the body has always been a canvas of expression for Jonathan, shaped through movement, discipline and the pursuit of athletic excellence. Running through the city's streets, parks and commons. Competing for athletics clubs. Building his physique through calisthenics, training in some of London's most iconic bodybuilding gyms. The city became the foundation of his identity.

Before LUNDUN | LVN, Jonathan built a career across multiple creative industries. As a house music producer signed to both UK and US record labels, with radio play, festival appearances and performances alongside globally recognised artists. Through BFI award-winning acting and film work, commercial campaigns and television. That work shaped the visual storytelling that now defines the brand.

Today, Jonathan's platform has reached over 100 million views worldwide, built around discipline, self-mastery and continuous growth. Through his training programmes and ebooks, he's helped people around the world build lean muscle, improve their health and create lasting change through a natural approach to training and nutrition.
